Accountabilities: 1.Understand consumer in depth to be able to identify key pain points, tensions that be addressed by the brands. 2.Come up with key jobs to be done for local brands and packaging innovation by having a thorough understanding of the brands and consumers. 3.Lead key innovation projects for local brands in ABI China market working together with technical development team, and brand team to realize innovation on market. Ensure launch, post-tracking to validate if the innovation meets the objectives of launch. 4.Be responsible for innovation volume with cooperating with trade marketing and sales team. 5.Ability to inspire the company to be ahead of the curve and anticipate trends. 6.Work closely with sales teams in the regions to understand their needs and build solutions addressing them. Qualification: 1.7 working experience,Bachelor degree or above. 2.Innovation / marketing experience in FMCG – mandatory. 3.Trade marketing / field sales experience in FMCG is a plus. 4.Good communication skills and influence ability. 5.Good leadership, ability to work and manage multiple stakeholders. 6.Ability to understand the consumer problems and growth opportunities. 7.Being creative and disruptive – bringing new approaches to innovation. 8.Proactive mindset, always trying to constantly improve. 9.Good presentation skills. 10.Project Management/Agile Mindset.
