工作職責(zé)
* Drives user adoption of the digital product in markets by creating
communications, training, documentation, and launch plans to empower business
partners across multiple products, multiple workflows, and often multiple
platforms; but largely focused within a single business unit with common
priorities and needs.
* Leads change management efforts to deliver customer-centric solutions in
markets, by collaborating with development teams and digital leads, leveraging
deep subject matter expertise. Uses audio/video tools to present to audiences
of users and business stakeholders and answer questions about the digital
product platforms.
* Acts as subject matter expert for user questions about the digital product
features and capabilities in production. Works with engineering teams to
identify the appropriate actions for subsequent releases based on user
questions or issues.
* Coordinates with global users and business stakeholders for end user
testing scenarios based on defined acceptance criteria. Partners with users
around the globe to provide testing scenarios that help validate quality and
alignment for continuous, iterative releases.
* Contributes to creation and analysis of metrics / OKRs that measure the
user experience of the solution including satisfaction, adoption, engagement,
and task success ultimately delivering value to the customer.
* Understands and analyzes consumer experience to optimize solutions at
market level. Monitors trends in order to influence future development of the
digital product and increase customer value.

* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field with 3
years of experience as a product manager, product specialist, business analyst
or similar role, or minimum 8 years of equivalent industry experience or
similar role
* Experience to include 3 years’ operating in Agile software delivery model,
preferably DevOps
* Communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills
* Ability to lead through influence working in a cross functional team,
building relationships with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Experience in the business domain relevant to the digital product is
desirable
* Demonstrated Ability to effectively manage conflict and ambiguity
* Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle is required
* Understanding of modern design principles, CX/UX preferred
